Jennifer LaPoint is a Hall of Fame water skier, entrepreneur, and lifelong athlete whose career spans nearly every level of sport, from Little League to Senior World Championships. She played Division I basketball at Georgia Institute of Technology and became a National Champion water skier at University of Central Florida, later setting multiple world records in slalom.

Jennifer has built businesses across the sports industry, including operating a retail store, training center, and ski club, and developing patented water ski equipment used in competitive skiing. She also founded Women of Watersports, launching a professional women’s water ski tour that produced more than 50 television shows showcasing women’s action sports.

Today, Jennifer is the founder of COMPETE, where she is combining her decades of sports experience with AI, computer vision, and mobile technology to transform real-world sports into engaging digital competition experiences for athletes everywhere.
